Internal Relief (Critical Difference)
- 67CF: No internal relief. Downstream overpressure must be controlled by external relief or limiting devices.
- 67CFR: Soft-seat internal relief opens if outlet pressure exceeds setpoint, prevents overpressure and conserves air.
Smart Bleed
- 67CF: Not supported.
- 67CFR: Optional internal check valve that vents downstream pressure if inlet pressure drops below setpoint, ideal for fail‑safe actuators and dead‑end service.
Air Consumption
- 67CF: Zero air loss under normal operation.
- 67CFR: Zero air loss in lockup; vents only during overpressure or inlet failure.
